  • The defendant will be freed right away following the posting of the bond if they are being held in a city jail, such as those in the Anaheim Police Department, Newport Beach Police Department, Laguna Beach Police Department, Costa Mesa Police Department, Huntington Beach Police Department, La Palma Police Department, or Buena Park Police Department. Even though we get involved right after the arrest, our first priority is to call the city jail and notify them that we are going to post the bonds so the loved one is not transferred to the Orange County jail. so the process will not be prolonged for another 6-8 hours. Once the bond is revoked, more than likely an arrest warrant with the defendant.
